Lounge is a classy set of apps for both the Mac and the iPhone, simple, ad free and easy on the eyes they are my new twitter apps of choice!

Syrinx is a nice and very customiseable twitter client, which unlike twitterific is free!

 

It appears quite basic at first but with a bit of tweaking you can get it looking how you like and its interface is nice and innocuous (bit of a big word for this time of the evening).
